BIOGRAPHY

 Cristian Badea, known artistically as Nemrak is a 24 year old artist born in Craiova, Romania. At the age of 19, he moved to Baia Mare to pursue a career in professional volleyball, joining the first division team Știința Explorări Baia Mare. Despite his athletic path, Cristian has been drawn to art since childhood, frequently sketching and exploring visual expression even before fully embracing painting.

His passion for art led him to apply to the Faculty of Fine Arts in Baia Mare, where he developed and refined his artistic techniques. He has since graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts.

Cristian’s creative work is heavily inspired by video games one of his daily joys. He believes that many people can connect deeply with certain landscapes, characters, or narratives from their favorite games, often carrying those memories for years. Through his paintings, Cristian captures and preserves those special elements, offering them on canvas as lasting memories for those who share his vision and passion.
